c . Mahiman ( eclectic ) , a leader must have a wide range of knowledge and high -minded in order not to lose his subordinates .
d . Lagiman ( agile / nimble / skilled ) , a leader required to be skilled and agile and nimble in action or perform a task .
e . Prapti ( on target ) , a leader must have the sharpness of thought and sharp to target , because if the wrong or speculate it would hamper job.
f . Prakamya ( tenacious / persevering ) , a leader must also have the tenacity and perseverance are very high . Leaders should not despair that all jobs can be done with a good and effective .
g . Isitwa ( honest ) , a leader is required to have honesty , both in word , thought , and deed in order to be trusted by others ( co-workers / businesses / companies / other countries ) and subordinates , so intertwined harmonious understanding .
h . Wasitwa ( open to criticism ) , a leader must have the attitude of ' legowo ' and wisely so willing to accept suggestions and open to criticism if the leader was doing wrong , or deviate from the rules set .
Astaguna leadership is in line with the theory of " leadership by nature " as stated by LL Barnard (1426 ) , Kilbourne ( 1927) , Page ( 1935 ) and Locke & Patrick ( 1991) who emphasizes that as a leader must have superior properties as a characteristics that distinguish it as a leader with other human . Leadership theories have Astaguna also in line with the " Role Leaderhsip " of homas ( 1950 ) , Kahn ( 1970 ) , Mitzberg ( 1978 ) which focuses on the character of the leader must have a specific role in the group in accordance with the circumstances yan needed at that time .
