LEADERSHIP BY NUSANTARA LOCAL WISDOM
Leadership is based on local wisdom is already quite full .
Unfortunately, this kind of teaching received less attention from academics in
the country . Yet if this leadership lesson certainly explored a lot of valuable
lessons can be learned .
As is known , many ancient leaders like Gajdah Mada , Ki
Hajar Dewantara , King Siliwangi , and many more have legendary leadership
teachings . This is evident from his teachings that can be absorbed by the
people of his time .
Society there are those who admire their teachings and even
applied in everyday life .
Learning leadership of local knowledge does not mean we do
not want to come forward to accept the teachings of modern leadership . However
, we try to dig again why they are so legendary teachings ? Is there indeed a
virtue or glory of their teachings . Or is there something that makes it able
to penetrate their doctrine of space and time .
After trying disclosed is proved that the teaching of
leadership from leaders past it has some wisdom , ideals and glory that ought
to be developed and studied further .
We certainly should not only admire the teachings . But
there 's good leadership doctrine is necessary to re-excavated and developed .
